Points of Interest - Stark
1 - Starks Harbour Landing area, this is the first solid ground visitors to the city step foot on, the wide awe inspiring area is dotted with vendors and seller pushing their wares, the sky fish market is held here every morning also. It leads up to "Twins Gate" the entrance to the city proper. Here is housed the customs office where goods being brought in are inspected and taxed accordingly.
2- The Sky Whale Inn - This is a very famous in among international travellers and caters to all kinds, you will tend to find traders and local fishermen drinking here, but all types attend and are treated in a friendly and welcoming manner.
3 - The Old Storage Sheds - These Sheds were originally used for storage but during an attack on the city by extremists approximately six years ago they were burnt to the ground. The sheds have been declared a protected monument and have been cordoned off to remind people of what happened back then. This is also the only official entrance to the Underslungs, a series of shanties and slums built up in the metal work and rock faces under the great harbour.
4 - Dirigible Landing Platforms - Many ships now use different technology to fly and it is becoming rarer and rarer to see ballooned airships. Still however there are a fair amount operating as transport and sightseeing ships so Stark maintains a sizable harbour for these vessels.
5 - Navy Dockyard - the Navy's facility and dockyard. Not much other than this is known.
6 - The Helipads - Some aircraft are kept aloft by gyros or propellers, they need a flat solid surface to land, these tend to be smaller aircraft used solely for travel that only carry a few individuals. Also mail delivery craft also tend to use this method of flight. Stark has an assortment of helipads for use by these types of craft.
7 - The Depots - these were originally standard storage depots that could be rented to store goods in but a few years ago they were commandeered by the customs office and are now used to store illegal goods before they are either destroyed or re-appropriated.
8 - The Ring - This is a major events venue used for many different things. Speeches, festivals even gladiatorial combat, the ring has been used for many years as a focal point of excitement and intrigue.
9 - The Chambers of the Nine - these are the offices of the council of the nine, they are heavely guarded at all times even thouh the council memebers only meet here weekly. This is one of the most ornate buildings in Stark.
10 - Elector's Water & Walker's Gardens - These beautiful gardens are the jewel in the crown of Stark. They were landscaped by the famous gardener Walker Browne and are tended to this day by the legendary gardeners of the island Eden. One can get lost for hours in their beauty.

13 - Craven Peoples Embassy

15 - Elector City - This walled compound is the living quarters of the highest ranking municipal council officers, it is defended by it own personal Guard known as the "Elector Guard".
16 - The Writers Studio - This Pub is a popular hang out for all the political writers and reporters that operate in the city.
17 - Champion House - The Gladiator Champions that fight in the Great Ring call this their home, at least until they are slain or someone better takes their place.
18 - Imperial Navy Station - This is the nerve centre of Navy operations in this part of the world and office of the Supreme Wing Commander "The head of the entire Navy"

21 - The Navy Barracks - Not much is known about this quarter of the city for obvious reasons.
22 - The Hardwoods - This small park is the beautiful centrepiece of the residential district, many residents and visitors alike can be seen in it throughout the day.
23 - The Kings Steed - Local Pub, frequented by high class citizens.
24 - Slumheart - This is the largest market in stark but is only frequented by those brave enough to venture into the slums. Many illegal and black market items are brought and sold here and under the protection of the Crows this has gone on for years. If you want something out of the ordinary, this is the place to go.
25 - Crow Stronghold (Old Market) - The heart of Crow operations, all the legitimate and criminal activities are run out of this area. Under the protection of the council the crows and all of the slums are exempt from Imperial Law. The leader of the Crows Angus McKavick has his headquarters here.
26 - Slums "Crowshaven"- they go on forever as far as the eye can see, more people live here than the entire rest of the city and the markets here account for 43% of all commerce in and out of the city. They are forever changing and hence there is no official map. The only way to avoid getting lost is to hire a guide but make sure they're a reputable one.
27 - New Market- After the Crows took over the Old Market the council needed a new hub for trade to ensure the they didn't get an even bigger stake in Starks future. As a result they founded the new market in the Industrial Sector allowing more direct access to goods and amenities. The market, although smaller than the original flourished and allowed the council to take back control of Starks future from the criminal element.
28 - The Enforcer Headquarters - The hub of law enforcement in the city, the enforcer posts all operate centrally from this building and the Enforcer general keeps his office here.
29 - Abok & Co head office - This is the offices of the largest mercenary company in Stark, they have a running rivalry with Cabott and Able Ltd.
30 - The Great Sepulchre (The Cult of the Great one) - This is the Cathedral Tomb of the Great One built to be his final resting place when his work is done, Mortis and Vitism followers however feel that this is inappropriate as they believe he is immortal.

33 - The Workshop of Heaven (The Church of Industriology) - This Church is the Hub of all industriological worship in the empire, wrights are performed here daily to bless blueprints and materials alike and many followers spend hours meditating to be the one to come up with the next great advancement to better mankind.
34 - The Fountain of Honour - This huge tiered fountain shoots up towards the sky in honour of the great one, it is toped with a massive effigy of him.
35 - Cabott and Able Ltd Head Office - This is the offices of the second largest mercenary company in Stark, they have a running rivalry with Abok & Co.

42 - OV inc - Orbital Valuables Incorporated are a transport company that specialise in the transport of expensive and hazardous materials.
43 - EPFA Co Egbert, Phillips, Francis, Andersen & Company are the most successful solicitors in Stark, they specialise in trade disputes but are well versed in most areas.
44 - Godfrey's - A very old family business founded at almost the same time Stark was, the deal in fine machine parts and specialise in advanced steam tech.
45 - The Alton Gallery - The finest art Gallery in all of Stark, some of the most famous artists in the whole of Stark exhibit work here.
46 - The Spire - Built after the great spire was constructed when Stark was founded, it was originally built as a scaffold tower for workers doing maintenance repairs on the great Spire. During these works the Great Spire began to lean uncontrollably and so its smaller counterpart was constructed as a support. Linked by a great half arch the Spire now acts as base of operations for the city maintenance crews.
47 - The Great Spire - Built at the time of Starks founding the magnificent Structure was built to display the might of the empire. It now houses the great University of Stark, the premiere scientific institute in the world.
48 - Pulltrax - This is biggest and most highly acclaimed clothier in Stark, they regularly make cloths to order for high ranking council members and even do commission pieces for royalty.
49 - Flint & Shot- This is the headquarters and flagship store for the biggest chain of weapons and armour vendors in the Empire. If you require weapons and have plenty of coin then superior arms and tech can be purchased here.
50 - Fabricators Rest - The largest park of two in this quarter, this is where most of the traders and transient visitors choose to spend their free time, either walking the quite paths to get away from the hustle bustle of the city or by relaxing in one of the many cafes or free houses around it perimeter.
51 - Ideology Square - The central forum for debate among the scientific and artistic community in Stark.
52- The Cauldron - Pub frequented by scientists and artisans alike.
53 - The Tear Duct - This building has been many things over the years, currently it is the offices and printers for the Stark Gazette.
54 - The Overwatch - This is the headquarters of Stark's customs authority, anything that enters of leaves the city has its manifests go through this building at one point or another.
55 - The Oculus - This is the premier theatre venue in Stark, currently playing host to the world famous play "I Want to be Your Canary"
56 - Iris Plaza - This plaza is a bustling hub of activity and trade, many of the initial deals and sales made in Stark are done in the fine coffee shops around its edges and at it centre there are fifty tables dedicated to the game of Bachra.
